Bakery "Mojić Dragan" was founded in 1990 as a Mojić family bakery shop from Valjevo.
Initially the bakery was producing bread and rolls, and later cakes and universal crust for pies, strudels and baklava.
Establishment of the "Max Bakery" Ltd. In 2013, there was a status change, and today it is a family company in which the director, owner and founder is Dragan Mojić.
The company employs 35 permanent workers. The production facility is located in Valjevo, on the surface of 500m². The company owns sales facility of 80 m², located in the very center of Valjevo. Max Bakery Ltd. was certified "hygiene management system", including HACCP SYSTEM - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, from Bureau Veritas.
Daily we produce about 90 kinds of bakery products. With our products we supply the retail store, but also a number of large shopping centers throughout Serbia - primarily supplies the crusts for pies, strudels and baklava.
Production program consists of crust, sweet and savory pastries, burek, pizza, bread, sandwiches, various types of integrated programs, puff pastries, cakes. However it should be noted that the main production program of the company Max Ltd are the crusts.
Daily crust production capacity is 3t. Crusts quality is the main reason why we have constant demand by market for these products!
Also we produce crust of rye, barley, oats and buckwheat.
